Then follow the "Steps" in our Navigation Bar as indicated below:
• Go to Step 1: Review Products to view examples of our products: Tributes, Bookmarks and Note Cards. We also provide a selection of Frames to accompany your Tribute order. Please note: Frames are not sold separately.
• Go to Step 2: View Styles to see examples of available Artistic Styles and Papers. Frames are displayed once more for your convenience.
• Go to Step 3: Select Tribute Content to view various personalized content options.
We provide Life Event and Memorial copyrighted poems for people and pets. Several options are available: full poem, short poem, name and date only and more. Once you decide on the Tribute content, click on the “Buy Now” link to take you to our on-line store.
• Step 4: Shop! When you enter our on-line store, the Tribute item you selected in the previous step will be displayed. Select your style options and fill in the information requested.
Note: The Step 4: Shop button in our Navigation Bar is also provided for returning customers who may wish to check order status, or place additional orders for previously ordered Tributes, Bookmarks or Note Cards.
• Select and send one or two photos via email or ground mail. No originals please. Photos will be returned to you along with your completed order. Quality, high resolution (300+ dpi) photos are best. We provide limited restoration at no cost to you. This includes spot removal, crease and scratch removal, etc.
Payment options include: Major credit cards (through PayPal), Money Orders, and Checks (USD currency and USA-based banks only, please). Upon checkout we will send a recap of your order via email.

Secured Connection (SSL): We offer a secured connection environment when you enter our Store's Shopping Cart to place your order and form of payment. A Secured Connection is also established any time you access our Store and login with your account and password.
We will begin creation of your Tribute order
when we receive your photo(s) and payment.
